Rajasthan is a curry blend with no hot chilli. Excellent sprinkled on fried prawns with a dash of dried coconut or flaked almonds. Also a great snack sprinkled on sourdough bread and avocado or as a yummy yoghurt dip with 1/2 tsp. to 1 cup yoghurt. Add salt to taste. Ingredients: Organic - Cumin, Coriander, Fennel, Ajwain, Paprika, Turmeric and Cardamom.
Blossom’s Kasoundi is a smooth blend of organic tomatoes, aromatic spices, herbs and a touch of salt. It is mildly hot, not too sweet and not too sour. Flavoursome and very yummy. Use as an accompaniment to Indian cuisine with meat, lentils, vegetables and fish curries. It is an ideal addition to a cheese and biscuit platter, with eggs, cold meats, or as a dip by adding a little yogurt. We love it in sandwiches, with roti, jacket potatoes and BBQ steak.
Preserved lemons traditionally used in Moroccan and Middle Eastern cooking and always great in tagines. The fermented sharp, tart flavour melds beautifully with lamb, fish and chicken and makes a salad exceptional with its citrus tang.

A non caffeine tea. Steep 1/2 tsp per cup of hot water for a few minutes. Strain and add your favourite natural sweetener if required. Great with soy milk.
